Single booth space will measure 10’ wide by 9’ deep and will include the following:
- One table
- Two chairs
- Minimum of one 15 amp electrical service (requirements should be indicated on application form.)
- Curtain Drapery on the sides and back
- Table Skirt
- Plastic table cloth
- Garbage can
Additional table will be available at a cost of $10 each and must be pre-booked when booking the booth. Additional table sizes are 5’, 6’, and 8’ (if available).
Booth selection will be reserved on a first come first served basis, however, preference will be given to return exhibitors who pre-book at the show. All pricing includes HST
- Commercial Booth - $217.52
- Craft Booth - $113.00
- Corner Booth - $326.28
All pre-bookings must be accompanied by a 25% down payment.
After October 31st, 2016 no booths will be held and will be placed on waiting list.
Booths are to be paid in full by August 31, 2016, or risk losing the booth.
The 25% down in not refundable
If balance has been paid before August 31st, 2016 75% of payment will be refunded or credited to a future show.
No refunds will be issued after August 31st, 2016 unless the booth can be resold. After this date, only 75% will be refundable.
